All our sausages are handmade by us using fresh local pork and natural skins. This means individual sausages can only be approximate sizes and shapes. We will ensure your order is as close to your requirements as possible.
Short back bacon - is 'cured' using a wet cure which doesn't dry out the bacon as much. Dry cure bacon 'cures' the bacon with dry seasoning and removes some moisture from the bacon.
